Hyundai Tucson Sticky Steering?

Picked up my 2016 Hyundai Tucson yesterday on the motorway home the steering seemed to have a sticky point when making minor corrections from the straight ahead position. I have read some forums about a common issue with the lower universal joints drying up and requiring"special grease" from Hyundai.

How does AWD work on the Tucson? Is it always ON? - Hyundai Forums
The AWD in Hyundai and most cars these days aren't full time AWD. It only turns on when the computer senses that the front wheels are slipping which in turn activates the rear wheels or you can manually activate the AWD hence the"AWD lock" button. One of the reasons they do this is for the fuel savings.

One or more injector nozzle hole (s) are precision drilled to squirt fuel directly at the intake valve to wash away carbon deposit.
